Lawn Decoration E-Commerce Website
Independent Learning Application

  • This project was part of my Introduction to Software Engineering class

  • I worked with 4 other group members to create this e-commerce website

  • The website does not actually take payment information or shipping information, but merely serves as practice for the basics of website development

  • For the backend we used python functions, for the frontend we used HTML/CSS/JS, and then we used NodeJS to connect front and backend

  • I am currently working with a group of 4 people to build an independent learning assistance app for my software engineering senior project

  • The client of this project is a special education teacher, and she asked us to develop an application that would assist her students in studying for their state testing

  • The design of the application is simple and straight forward while providing the students with educational help

  • This section is a placeholder for future projects that I will work on over the summer

  • One of my dream vacation destinations is New Zealand

  • It is one of the most beautiful countries in the world

About Me

I'm a passionate and versatile software engineering student with proficiency in a diverse range of technologies, including C++, C, and Python. I am a sophomore currently studying software engineering at Mississippi State University.

Portfolio

My time at Mississippi State University has given me experience in fields such as systems programming, VR development, Data Structures and Algorithms, and software development. Through many of my courses I have learned not only technical skills, but skills like problem solving, leadership, team work, and adaptability.

Outside of working on personal projects and completing course work, I am very involved on campus. I am a part of various social and service organizations that allow me to grow communication and leadership skills. The organization I am most proud of is New Maroon Camp. I lead a group of freshman students in learning about Mississippi State and how to adapt to student life.
